All orders placed on the web shops are bespoke items once they have been embroidered - therefore they are non returnable .Tyler's will only refund items which have been sent in error by ourselves.
We do not hold stock of embroidered items all the stock is plain and we only embroider the items which are placed from orders which come through the website .
If you are unsure of sizing please call the Tyler's office where we will be happy to help. We can send out plain samples which you can then try on to help with your ordering. We will charge a carriage fee for this service
Unfortunately as part of the above we can no longer offer any Webshops FREE return labels unless the return is due to a Tylers error ie incorrect garment or manufacturing fault. If you are insure about sizing please contact the customer support team in the office who will be happy to help you.
