About Webshops
For an easy way to kit your team or society out why not set up a webshop? We collect the individual orders, customer details and payments to save you time and hassle. A webshop is a fantastic cost and time effective solution and there is no financial risk for our clients as they do not hold stock, all transactions go through Tylers.
Some information about setting up a webshop
- We will need a good quality pdf or jpg of your logo to set this up on the system (there will be a small one-off charge to set this up and the charge varies-price available upon request)
- There will be a small one-off charge for a webshop to be created which will be negotiated and confirmed before the work commences.
- We offer various different methods for your customers to receive their goods; our standard delivery by courier or collection from our Welwyn Garden City warehouse. We can offer other methods such as a bulk delivery to a central point (this will be free to the customer but you as a business may incur a charge for this). This can be discussed before the webshop is set up.
- You may be offered recommendations on products unless you have specific products/brands in mind. You can review sizing, materials and colours through samples; we do ask these samples to be returned. If you want to keep the samples, a charge will be added to your account.
- Once you are happy with products, logos, placements, colours etc and have paid the set up charge we will create your webshop for you. Once the webshop is up and running we can promote this on our social media as well as inform you so you can let your customers/members aware.
- We can discuss the best options based on what sport or method of use the garments are required for. The choice of colourways plays a significant role in the decision making process for some customers.
How a webshop works
- Your customers go to your webshop, they select the items they want and complete checkout. We then pick the orders, embroider the items and dispatch to their chosen address. We contact the customer for any queries related to their order, and they contact us directly.
- All orders are treated as separate orders, the item is picked plain (or ordered in from the supplier) then sent down to be embroidered and/or printed. Each item is embroidered/printed to order, we do not hold already made stock unless an agreement has been made and a contract signed between Tylers and the client.
- We work to two cut-off dates in the month (the 1st and 15th of every month) and orders are dispatched within 10 working days of those cut-off dates. Working days are Monday-Friday and do not include Bank holidays.
- If you want your customers/members to have kit for a specific date we can work with you to create a cut-off date separate to the standard online date. This also works well if you have a bespoke kit that needs a minimum amount ordered and/or takes longer than standard to arrive.
- Once the goods have been dispatched it is generally a 48 hour service. If the order is needed urgently as long as the Tylers customer service team are made aware of this we will do our best to meet your requirements .We can offer a 24 hour express delivery service , please contact the office for a costing .
- The customer will always receive notification about their order, they will receive an email from our couriers the day it is dispatched and a text message on the day of delivery if a mobile number has been provided. If they have opted for collection, they will be called and/or emailed to let them know.

Embroidered/printed logos
We do not hold stock of embroidered items , all the items are plain and we only embroider items which are on orders that are generated from the website.
The club/school/company logo is not our intellectual property, Tylers has permission to replicate the logo from the organisation with the sole purpose of embroidering or printing onto items pre-agreed by the organisation. Therefore we can only embroider/print onto the items which are on the webshop; any requests for the logo to be embroidered or printed onto items not on the webshop will have to have written permission from the person who holds the intellectual property rights to the logo.
Helping you to find the right size/fit
In line with the Long Distance Selling Regulations, Tylers offers you the opportunity to try on plain garments before we embroider them with a logo/personalise them. The easiest way to do this is to order the items you want from the relevant webshop and add to your basket like a standard purchase. Upon checkout, there is a comments box that appears before you complete your payment details, in this box please state you would like to try them plain for sizing. Tylers will then fulfil your request. The customer is responsible for sending them back to us for embroidery/personalisation.
There is also an opportunity to try a select few items in our office showroom, please contact Tylers for more information regarding this service.
We are happy to help with sizing queries, most of our items have chest or waist measurements on the listings and we also have size guides that relate to the sizes. Extra measurements can also be obtained by contacting the Tylers customer service located in the office.
Description of products
Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description which sets out additional specific conditions related to that product including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of the products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including product description and current cut-off dates appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of an order until it is accepted by final checkout (with all additional embroidery/print options added and carriage added) and payment being confirmed.
Tylers take great care with the colours used in the collections. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate however specifications may change.
Shipping & Handling
Goods are not dispatched until full payment has been received. We aim to dispatch all embroidered or printed webshop orders within 10 working days from the cut-off date . Webshop orders are personalised with the club, brand or associations logo , they are MADE TO ORDER .These orders can take up to 14 working days from placement of order to be delivered
All orders are dispatched using our courier partners Royal Mail and Parcel Force unless requested by the customer all parcels are dispatched by 48 hour service.If you require a Express Service please contact the customer service team for more information and a cost. We can offer a Saturday service however there is a high premium charge for this. Every opportunity will be made to deliver goods on time but as we use a third party service provider for this, no responsibility can be accepted for late or non-delivery. This responsibility falls within the liability of the courer.
We deliver to most UK addresses and can deliver to home or work addresses. This service requires a signature upon delivery; if you ask for delivery to your home address please provide a safe place the courier can leave your parcel in the event that you are not in.
All shortages, damage, production errors or non-delivery must be notified to us by telephone within 48-hours and confirmed in writing within 3 working days of dispatch.
Any damaged parcels should be checked in front of the couriers’ delivery person and signed for accordingly.

If your postcode falls into the above postcodes your order may be delivered by courier, or may be delivered by Royal Mail signed for service dependant on the service restrictions in your area. For delivery outside of mainland UK prices are available upon request.
Please allow up to 28 days from dispatch for delivery to non-mainland UK addresses.
UK, the prices shown are inclusive of any value added tax. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. The current price will be shown when you place your order. All prices shown are cash prices in sterling.

While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the Website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy. We make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, and reliability of the Website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website.
Entire Agreement
These Conditions govern our relationship with you. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept the Conditions, you have not relied on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a term of these Conditions and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any representation. Your Statutory Rights are not affected by these terms and conditions. Nothing in this Clause shall limit or exclude our liability in respect of any fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation whether or not such has become a term of the Conditions. The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
